Copiers
The copiers work in pairs.
Their job is to turn the master and copies into the required number of tapes per
week. This is done on special machines that copy the tapes at high speed. The
tapes are then checked by listening to the beginning of side one and the end of
side two, to pick up any errors on the tape.
We can copy 20 tapes at a time on 4 sets of copying machines
The machines are cleaned every week after use. This keeps them in good working
order.
This job is done on a Thursday morning.
